Main Recommendation Text:

The Civil Aviation Authority to ensure:

Adherence to regulations by the HCAA staff and especially the Flight Standards Division of the HCAA to proceed directly to the audits as described in Article 11 of the new Ultralight Aicraft Regulation for all training organizations HCAA has authorized to operate and develop an audit program at regular intervals.

RESPONSE to Safety Recommendation:

In order To oversee the safe operation of Utra Light Aircraft training centers and generally Ultra Light Aircraft operations in Greece, the private aviation department of the Directorate of Flight Standards D2 (HCAA) proceeded to a series of actions as described in the document (CAA) Nr : D2/D/3116 on 23/3/2012 which was forwarded to AAIASB.
