he Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority to consider the issue of a regulatory framework which shall cover the field of aerial work and depending on the specific job (for example, agricultural application, aerial photography, external load transfer, electrical power line insulators cleaning, etc.) shall state specific requirements for the pilot, other on-board staff and the aircraft/equipment used.

RESPONSE to Safety Recommendation:

HCAA replied on 18/10/2018 [document Nr HCAA/D2/E/25775/7969/18.10.2018] that since 21/4/2017, EU regulation 379/2014 is applied which covers the issues of aerial work sector and specifies specific requirements for the operator, the occupants and the means used.
