Main Recommendation Text:

HCAA to inform all Aeroclubs which provide aircrafts to their members (pilots) who do not have much experience and want to conduct solo take-off and landing exercises at airports, which have high air traffic, to choose to conduct these flights at time periods that the air traffic is low.

HCAA replies with its document [ΥΠΑ/Δ2/E/27860/8129/31.10.2018] that has taken actions to inform the aero-club bodies with information relevant to what 2017-07 safety recommendation requires.

[AAIASB in its document AAIASB/2057/06.06.2019 assessed the response as “Adequate” and the SR 2017-07 status as “Closed].
