Main Recommendation Text:

The Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority to consider incorporating in the regulatory framework of hang gliders and paragliders, provisions relating to regulatory enactment for persons responsible for the licensing and safety, within the context of an Air Club and the space of its activities, and their corresponding duties. These provisions may be in accordance with the regulation of paragliders that has been developed by the Paragliding Commission of Hellenic Aeronautical and Air Sports Federation.

HCAA replies with document [HCAA/D2/E/27860/8129/03.10.2018] that is in the process to revise the Regulatory Framework for Paragliders and Hang-gliders.
